Co-Founder and partner, Jarrão was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. He’s ignited his career at the first store for the cannabis segment in the country, and for many years has accumulated travels and experiences that that ultimately led him and two childhood friends, Zaki and Junior, to launch Squadafum, back in 2011. Since then, Jarrão has played a crucial role speer heading the company’s Sales & Marketing departments. He’s recognized as the first business person to introduce Bongs in our market and today he’s part of the planning and exhibits in the world’s largest trade shows.

Co-Founder and Partner of Squadafum, Zaki was born on São Paulo’s west end and grew an enthusiast of the cannabis culture. Since 2011, as the company’s Director of Operations, he’s been leading both the company’s R&D and the International Trade Departments, focused on quality and product innovation. 

After over a decade crisscrossing the world with Squadafum, Zaki became a regular among key global market players, and leveraging his unique web of connections, Zaki lead Squadafum to start operations in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Spain, Canada, the United States and France.   

Co-Founder and Partner, Junior is Squadafum’s Finance Director. His business experience was shaped by a number of roles he’s played in the TV & Radio industries, where he’s also developed the very abilities necessary to communicate the Brand’s value.

Junior is the money guy today, leading the company’s strategic planning.  For that, he lives and breathes compliance and best practices, applying social and environmental guidelines in every company decision.
